#123 Cannot display Client on secondary monitor

Build Info

  • Intersect Version : 0.6.0.172
  • Operating System: Windows 7 (Have not tested on 10 yet)

Issue Description

The client refuses to stay positioned on secondary monitor.

Reproduction Steps

Open Client it will launch on primary monitor

Drag Client to secondary monitor

Client will reset its position in the center of primary monitor

Log File and Video

It says to upload video if anything visual, and a log…. however, it will not let me attach a .txt or .mp4 file… Easy to replicate though and below is my log copy/paste (note I was not running the server because it was inapplicable, the bug persists though even when connected and in-game):

@Diefool Upload the video through the file host on the forum and link the MP4 here.

Just as a note though, Windows 7 reached EoL so no guarantee this will be fixed (it was working on Windows 10 for me the other night).

Apologies on the client load time, I was installing a game during recording lol

Also, no worries on a fix personally, just figured ya’ll might want it noted.

Most of the playerbase will be on windows 10 anyway.
